Meerut, May 10 -- As Ajit Saini and Anshu Tomar came back on Sunday, the police got into action, filing a case against Ajit's family and sending Anshu to a women's home. Ajit's father Omveer Saini and uncle Ramkishore had identified a mutilated body dug up by stray dogs from a field on Friday as Ajit's. Today, Ajit, on the basis of Anshu's father Narendra's complaint, has been charged with seducing a minor girl. "The family has produced records to prove that Anshu is a minor. But, she would be sent for medical examination," said SP (City) Rajeev Malhotra. He said Anshu would also be produced before a judicial magistrate to get her statement recorded. On Saturday, the gory story of Saini's mutilated body dug up by stray dogs from a field in Muzaffarnagar, about 500 km north of Lucknow, triggered a chain of revelations.
