Sharad rules out rift in JD(U)

Patna, May 17 (PTI) JD(U) president Sharad Yadav today ruled out differences with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar or any other senior party leaders and said the partymen stood united for the next assembly elections due the year-end. "There are no differences between me and Kumar or any other party leaders on any issue," Yadav told reporters on his arrival from New Delhi. "The differences do exist in political set up, but these are not not long-lasting and resolved," he said. Sharad Yadav was reported to be not on good terms with the chief minister on the issue of the Women''s Reservation Bill. In reply to a question, Yadav said he was currently on tour of the Kosi belt in Bihar to formulate a strategy for the coming assembly polls. "We will also be reviewing the future political strategy to ensure a second term to Nitish Kumar-led NDA," Yadav said. Yadav said he would accompany Kumar during his ''Biswas Yatra'' to various places in Kosi belt which was devastated by floods in 2008.
