Srinagar, May 10(ANI):Kashmir Chief Omar Abdullah on Monday said the amnesty policy would be announced once it is finalized after discussion with the central government is over. The Indian government in February offered to facilitate the return of youths who had gone to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and are now willing to surrender and return home after the Abdullah government proposed that the central government formulate a new surrender and rehabilitation policy for such youths.
