Jammu, May 5 -- In order to get jobs in Kashmir, migrants will have to give an undertaking that they will serve permanently in the region and cannot seek transfer or move out. The State Services Selection Board on Tuesday put out an advertisement seeking applications from migrants for jobs in the Kashmir Valley. The undertaking must be stated in their applications. The advertisement says: "The appointee agrees to serve in the Kashmir Valley and will at no stage opt or seek transfer outside the Kashmir Valley." If the appointee "migrates again from the Kashmir Valley at any stage for any reasons whatsoever, he will stand automatically terminated from the service and shall have no claim against any post under the State.".
