Amtek Auto Ltd on Friday said it bought 26.25 percent stake in group firm Amtek India Ltd through several block deals on the Bombay Stock Exchange at an average price of 64.83 rupees a share.Amtek Auto will make an open offer to buy up to 20 percent more in Amtek India, it said in a statement.(Reporting by Aniruddha Basu; Editing by Harish Nambiar)
