Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved merger of unit Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar with itself.Shareholders of Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar will get 1 share of Bajaj Hindusthan for every 5 held, it said in a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
