Chandigarh,June 18 (ANI): Widow of the Indian co-pilot SS Bhinder,who flew the bombed Air India Flight 182,rued the lack of intelligence sharing that led to the worst tragedy in aviation history.But Kaur expressed satisfaction that the authorities concerned have accepted their mistakes.An inquiry report into the case on Thursday said Canada needs a security tsar to avoid repeating the cascading series of errors by intelligence and police agencies that led to the bombing of the flight in June 1985.
