European sovereign debt problems could pose a systemic challenge to the global economy, with risks spreading to other countries, the Chinese central bank said on Monday.But the People's Bank of China, in a quarterly monetary policy report, said that the world recovery was still on track despite the debt worries.Turning to the domestic economy, it said that demand was robust but warned of increasing prices pressures on the back of excessive liquidity and rising global commodity prices.(Reporting by Aileen Wang, Langi Chiang and Lee Chyen Yee; Editing by Simon Rabinovitch)
