Congress is soft on militancy to please vote bank: Gadkari

Shimla, May 10 (ANI): While addressing a party rally in Shimla, Nitin Gadkari chief of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said that the central ruling United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government was adopting leniency with militants to appease its Muslim vote bank. The BJP has blamed the Congress party for being laid-back in punishing mastermind of the Parliament attack case, Afzal Guru.
