Christiana Figueres of Costa Rica will be the new U.N. climate chief to head stalled international talks, the United Nations announced on Monday.Figueres, 53, will take over from Dutchman Yvo de Boer as head of the U.N. climate change secretariat in July.(Reporting by Patrick Worsnip)
