New Delhi, May 29 (PTI) A 65-year-old tent house owner was found murdered in his house in central Delhi today with police suspecting it to be a case of robbery. The murder came to light around 7 am when driver Vijay found Dev Sen Jain lying in a pool of blood in his bedroom on the ground floor of the house at Delhi Gate. The legs of the deceased were found tied. "He was hit on his head with a blunt object and stabbed several times in the stomach. The house was ransacked and robbery appears to the motive," a senior police official said. Security guards Krishan Bahadur and Ashish, who are absconding since the murder, are the suspects in the case. They stayed in a room in the house from where Dev Sen ran his tent house. The duo appeared to have entered the house late at night. Jain stayed with his wife Vimlesh youngest son Amit and who had gone to attend a marriage in Indore a week ago. PTI SJY.
