Electrotherm (India) Ltd said on Monday it will acquire Hans Ispat Ltd and Shree Hans Paper Ltd at an investment of up to 600 million rupees.The transaction to acquire Gujarat-based Hans Ispat and its unit Shree Hans Paper, is expected to be completed in four months, it said in a statement to the National Stock Exchange.Shares in Electrotherm, which makes electrode arc furnaces for industrial projects and wind mills, were up 2.76 percent at 311 rupees in a firm Mumbai market.(Reporting by Swati Pandey; Editing by Sunil Nair)(For more business news on Reuters Money visit http://www.reutersmoney.in)
