Five killed, 35 injured in mishaps in Raj

Jaipur, June 17 (PTI) Five persons were killed and 35 others injured in four separate road accidents this morning in Rajasthan, police said. Two persons were killed and as many injured when a van collided with a truck near Ajmer road, they said. In another incident, a speeding mini-bus turned turtle near Madhav Nagar in Mandalgarh area killing two persons on the spot, they said. An injured in the mishap was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to injuries, they added. Eighteen persons were injured when a truck rammed into a tractor trolley in which they were travelling near Shergarh village in Bayana area of Bharatpur district, they said, adding, condition of three of the injured was stated to be critical. In another mishap, a bus carrying a marriage party overturned in Doongerpur injuring 15 people, they said. PTI SDA.
