London, June 17 (ANI): Police have confiscated a burger van whose owners gave free porn to people who spent more than five pounds on a burger.The owners of the van even played porn movies on a portable TV inside to attract men returning from bars and clubs in the early hours.But the move didn't go down well with locals in the market town of Driffield, East Yorkshire, reports The Sun.The angered locals called the cops and two men were arrested during an undercover operation."The van had been operating for about two weeks. We received complaints that free porn DVDs were being offered to everyone who spent 5 pounds or more on beer and burgers. Undercover officers made test purchases and found this to be true before Saturday night's operation when the caravan was seized," Sergeant Dave Jenkins said."We won't tolerate this because a youngster could have been given the DVDs," he added."Porn was being played on a TV inside the caravan when we arrived on Saturday night," Police licensing officer PC Carolyn Grundy said."It is unbelievable customers were being offered porn DVDs with their beer and burgers at an outlet that did not even have the necessary licences. The operation went well and we are now looking at the evidence to see what offences have been committed," he added. (ANI)
