Gur prices remain steady on thin trade

New Delhi, May 15 (PTI) Gur prices remained quiet in the national capital today following restricted arrivals against sporadic offtake. At Muzzafarnagar and Muradnagar gur market, it also closed flat in the absence of buying support. Marketmen said restricted supply along with scattered demand largely held gur prices on last levels. Following are today''s quotations in Rs per quintal: Chakku Rs 2,800-2,900, Pedi Rs 2,900-3,000 and Dhayya 3,100-3,150, shakkar Rs 3,100-3,200. In Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 2,000-2,100, chakku Rs 2,625-2,875 and Khurpa 2,625-2650. In Muradnagar: Pedi 2,750-2,800 and Dhaya 2,750-2,800. PTI SDG RS AMK.
