 Shimla, May 27 (ANI): The soaring temperatures have made life difficult not only in plains but also in hilly areas. The hills of Himachal Pradesh have been unusually warm this summer with prominent tourist spots recording maximum temperatures two to seven degrees above the average. State's capital Shimla recorded temperatures crossing the 30 degree Celsius mark, and is thus experiencing, what is for it, extreme heat conditions. Meteorologists feel that the lack of rainfall in neighbouring states have affected the temperature of Shimla.
