New Delhi, May 09(ANI): Lalit Modi, the suspended Commissioner of the Indian Premier League, on Saturday ridiculed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), saying that he has been their public enemy number one. The BCCI slapped second show-cause notice on Modi for allegedly planning a rebel Twenty20 league in England. He was suspended as IPL commissioner following allegations of financial irregularities.
