Patna, May 17 (PTI) Ridiculing Bihar Chief Minister for undertaking ''yatras'' across the state to highlight the performance of his government, RJD chief Lalu Prasad today said his journeys were aimed at bidding adieu to the public ahead of the assembly polls. "Kumar was aware of the non-performance of his government and so he was taking out ''Vishwas Yatra'' to apparently bid goodbye to the people knowing fully well that the ruling alliance will bite the dust at the polls," Prasad said at a function here on the occasion of Bhamashah Jayanti here. Attacking the JD(U)-BJP government for its all-round failure in the past four years and six months, Prasad slammed the chief minister for hiding his government''s performance by creating a fear psychosis among the public about law and order issues during the 15 years of RJD government. Prasad appealed to the people to not get swayed by Kumar''s rhetoric and remain united behind the RJD at the hustings later this year, quoting the sermon of Lord Buddha - Buddham Sarnam Gachchhami, Sangham Saranam Gachchhami.
