The BSE Sensex fell below 17,000 points for the first time in two months early on Wednesday, shedding more than 1 per cent as world stocks dropped on concerns Greece's debt crisis could spread elsewhere.At 9 a.m., the Sensex was down 1.47 per cent at 16,885.95 points, with all components trading in the red. It last traded below 17,000 on March 5.The 50-share NSE index was down 1.3 per cent at 5,080.90.
