Organisers announce 1300GMT start, rain keeps falling

French Open organisers have predicted a break in the miserable Parisian weather on Thursday and have scheduled a 1300GMT start after steady drizzle prompted a delay to the morning's action.All Roland Garros courts were covered as rain prevented second-round matches from starting at the planned 0900GMT.Serbian fourth seed Jelena Jankovic is scheduled to open proceedings on centre court against Estonia's Kaia Kanepi.
