Refined soya trades higher on spot demand

New Delhi, May 28 (PTI) Refined soya oil prices traded higher by Rs 0.95 or 0.21 per cent per 10 kg, in futures trade today on rising demand driven by ongoing marriage season. At the Multi Commodity Exchange counter, refined soya oil for July contract gained by Rs 0.95, or 0.21 per cent to Rs 456.50 per 10 kg, with an open interest of 256 lots. The oil for delivery in June contract also inched up by Rs 0.40, or 0.09 per cent to Rs 453.80 per 10 kg, with a business turnover of 425 lots. Marketmen said rising demand in view of marriage season led to a rise in refined soya oil prices at futures trade. PTI KPS RS SUN RET.
