New Delhi, june16 (ANI): Shriprakash Jaiswal, India's coal minister on Tuesday said that Small investors and employees will get a five percent discount during stake sales in state-run miners Coal India. The proposal is to offer 10 percent of the equity through the process of book building. Jaiswal said six merchant bankers have been identified for developing the draft red herrings prospectus of the Initial Public Offering. Jaiswal also said that he hoped to make more money from the market than expected.
