Massa finished in same place as grid position.-MCLAREN (Lewis Hamilton 5, Jenson Button retired)Button retired at the start of the third lap with a blown engine, caused by the team leaving a cooling cover in the left sidepod. Sutil started 12th but made up two places on the first lap. Liuzzi felt he stopped too early for a tyre change, allowing Sutil to get ahead.-WILLIAMS (Rubens Barrichello and Nico Hulkenberg retired)Hulkenberg started at the back after a clutch paddle failure on the formation lap and crashed in the tunnel on lap one due to a component failure on the front wing. Barrichello retired on lap 30 after crashing on approach to Casino square.-TORO ROSSO (Sebastien Buemi 10, Jaime Alguersuari 11)Buemi took his first point of the season after Schumacher was punished. Alguersuari qualified 17th and achieved his main aim of finishing the race.-SAUBER (Pedro de la Rosa and Kamui Kobayashi retired)Both retired early on with technical problems. He put it down as a racing incident. Kovalainen suffered a failed steering joint.-HRT (Karun Chandhok 14, Bruno Senna retired)Chandhok tangled with Trulli. Senna retired with a hydraulic problem on lap 58.-VIRGIN (Timo Glock and Lucas di Grassi retired)Glock retired with a damaged right rear track rod after 22 laps.
