Jammu, May 16 (PTI) Security forces have arrested two persons who were moving under suspicious circumstances close to Indo-Pak border near here, police said today. Kewal Krishan and Vikram Singh were arrested last night close to Information Border (IB) in Makwal belt, 15 Kms from here, they said, adding both are being interrogated.
