Lucknow, May 15 (PTI) STF today arrested a notorious criminal Rajneesh Singh alias Pankaj Singh, carrying a cash reward of Rs 30,000 on his head, and his three accomplices after an encounter in Sultanpur district today. STF sources here said that on a tip off, a joint team of STF and Sultanpur police intercepted him near Amghat Thauri bridge near Jagdishpur. Following an encounter, four people were arrested, while three others managed to escape, they said adding efforts were on to nab them.
