Jammu, May 16 (PTI) Alleging that separatists might try to mislead census enumerators with wrong details, the BJP today asked Governor N N Vohra to ensure the process fair in Jammu and Kashmir. "We want governor to ensure free and fair census in view of separatists designs," Leader of BJP Legislator Party Chaman Lal Gupta told a meeting of party workers at his Jammu City West constituency. He said in the last census of 2001, the figures were manipulated and against the average increase in the population of about 21 per cent at the national level, the increase in Jammu and Kashmir was recorded over 31 per cent.
