Mathura, May 15 (PTI) A criminal was killed while two of his associates managed to escape after an encounter with police on the outskirts of a village near here this afternoon. The outlaw was trying to flee in a captured Bolero along with his accomplices when they were chased and an encounter took place, SP (rural) Radhey Mohan Bhardwaj told reporters. PTI Corr.
