Nagpur hot at 46.2 degrees C

Nagpur, May 16 (PTI) The city was reeling at a high of 46.2 degrees today and the entire Vidarbha region experienced severe heatwave conditions. Neighbouring Wardha district recorded 46 degrees, while the maximum in Brahmapuri, a small township in Chandrapur district, settled at 45.9 degrees. There was a marginal increase in temperatures in almost all places in the region. Temperatures in other cities are Akola - 45 degrees, Amravati 43.5, Gondia 45.1, Washim 43.6 and Yavatmal 43 degrees.
